The person (dog) I decided to do the portrait of was my dog bear. I decided to pick him because I wanted to give the portrait to my mom for Christmas. The other reason I picked him is because he is a ball of fun who I enjoy coming home to everyday after school.
The medium I picked to use was prismacolor colored pencils. The reason I chose these is because I've never used them before and this was my one shot to use them. I also used some gel pen for the highlights after finishing with prismacolor
